Please note:  The NOR Sec 8.1 has been amended to state "The scoring system for all racing is A4.  A boat's series score shall be the total her race scores"   The statement "excluding her worst score" has been eliminated.

0900-0945  - Registration at Clubhouse

1000  - Skippers Meeting

1130 - Warning Gun

1700 - Happy hour (beer, wine, signature cocktail)

1800 Raffle drawing

1830  - Dinner

Sunday Sept 15 , 2024

1100 - Warning Gun for all fleets

Scores will be posted after racing and protests

Trophies will be awarded during the annual banquet.

The Commodore’s Cup - The last Regatta in the Triple Crown Series

• In order to win the Triple Crown for 2024 – A skipper must win their fleet in the same fleet in each of the qualified events:

Governor’s Cup – Firecracker Cup – Commodore's Cup.

• Divisions / Fleet Split are therefore set for all 3 qualifying events – fleet splits are listed in the Sailing Instructions 20.4.

Explanation: Division/Fleet Splits – For example, all Centerboard boats will be started as 1 fleet. If the start is a mixture of different boats, the race committee will use the handicap rating to determine the winner of each race. Multiple races are planned for each qualifying event for each fleet. However, if only one (1) race is completed it will be used to determine the winner of the event.

In order to win the Triple Crown, a skipper must win all three events in the same division/fleet in the same boat type. For example, if the skipper wins the Centerboard in a Laser the skipper must win all other qualified events in a Laser.

If you are unsure of the fleet you should start with, please attend the skipper's meeting.
